Patrick Misiewicz

Patrick is a international strategy and business consultant with a slight twist in public policy, advising clients through out the global economy. This experience is being leveraged by him in Florida commercial and luxury real estate, making sure that deals are positioned correctly in the market environment and streamlined for seamless experience for clients. Overall Patrick has 13 years of experience in real estate in Florida, combined with architecture and economic development projects in Europe and Africa. Commercial clients would benefit from value added services of Patrick for properties that will include distribution or manufacturing utilizing his background as a consultant. At a spare time he serves at the board of directors of World Affairs Council of Miami, brining current affairs closer to South Florida community. Patrick has a BA in International Economic Relations from University of Gdańsk, Poland, Hogeschool Inholland Diemen, Netherlands, and Kyungpook National University Daegu, South Korea; Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Florida International University, and Public Policy certification from Georgetown University.
